Nobody likes fake sneakers, so what do you do when you have a pair in your hands? Send it to the morgue in the most creatively appropriate way possible. Sneaker Freaker Germany helped out a couple of its readers who were unfortunately duped by fakes, sending their fake Concords and Spiz’ikes to the chemistry specialists over the University of Cologne. The fugazi pair of Concords were dipped in Liquid Nitrogen (what almost killed the T-1000 in Terminator 2: Judgement Day) for roughly half an hour, and then obliterated by a healthy hammering at the hands of the chemist. The Spiz’ikes might’ve had it a bit worse, as they were descended into a pot of Sulfuric Acid heated to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius; the reaction was instant as the AAA began to disintegrate, turning the shoes into a sloppy muck. Got some fakes in your closet that you want to get rid of? There are two great ideas here, so check out the video and let us know what you think. via Sneaker Freaker
