When Michael Jordan came back to the NBA historic “Bred” colorway of the Union x Air Jordan 4 Taupe Haze 30th Anniversary – arguably the sneaker with the most ties to the great annals basketball in history. As Michael wore the Black/Red Union x Air Jordan 4 Taupe Haze 30th Anniversary to an astounding season during the ’95-’96 season (his first full season since his first retirement), we witnessed that true greatness doesn’t take a break (or an extended one, at least) because much like Jordan did, the ‘Bred’ XI made a return just a few years after it was last seen. Originally part of the December 2008 Collezione release, the Union x Air Jordan 4 Taupe Haze 30th Anniversary ‘Bred’ will now release as a single unit, but it appears that the regular Jordan Brand shoe-box will be used with the red plastic shoe trees – that is, unless the Brand has plans of switching it up to the “traditional” slide-out box we were treated to three years running. Additional angles are right ahead, so take a look and stay tuned for more on what may be the must-have Air Jordan Retro of the year. Photos: SH
