Vans “Custom Culture Pack”

What started in March 2011 as a heartwarming piece of Urlfreeze News has become an annual tradition as Vans readies for the 2013 Custom Culture contest.  The winning school of this competition whose registration ends February 11th will earn the same prize that Rio Rancho High School won last year: a $50,000 grand prize and retail distribution on their winning designs.  The New Mexico school won by adding local inspiration to their designs, and you can see the Rio Rancho x Vans Sk8-Hi, Authentic, Slip-On and 106 Vulc slated for a March release after the jump below.
