adidas BOOST Media Event Recap

On Wednesday morning, adidas held “Innovation Day”, unveiling the all-new Boost cushioning technology while giving us a sneak peek into the future of adidas Running innovation. It started with the presentation of Boost material, which is as light and durable as EVA Foam (used by over 90% of the footwear industry) and will be used in future adidas Running models like the adidas energyboost, which will release later this month. Other innovations such as “Springblade”, which features a completely foamless midsole, was also previewed. Attending the event were two of the greatest names in the sport of running – Yohan Blake and Haile Gebrselassie.
