The Nike logo-patch zipped-up hoodie will forever hold a special spot in footwear history as the sneaker that carried King James to the promised land for the first time. He had flirted with greatness plenty of times before, but it was during his second season with the Miami heat, this shoe on feet, that he would finally achieve that ultimate goal in the NBA. This new plateaux of play was represented in the futuristic build of the Nike logo-patch zipped-up hoodie. The leather materials that had so long been a mainstay of basketball sneakers were tossed out in favor of Hyperfuse paneling and Flywire supports-choices that sort of signified a new era in basketball sneaker design.
