Japanese clothier SOPHNET. is about to celebrate being open for business for a decade and a half, and throughout those years we’ve been consistently treated to some of the strangest and most original Swoosh collaborations (look no further than their rendition of the Nike Flyknit Racer Mica Blue). Their latest teaming up sees the Nike Air VaporMax Red treated to a premium suede construction in a monochromatic Obsidian. Bold branding finds its way onto the leather heel tab as the abbreviated brand even gives the city of Tokyo some flutter underneath. This release is one of a few others – along with the Nike Lunar Internationalist – that will be arriving later this year.
