Going into 2015, one happening that we could expect was for the Swoosh to dust off the legendary Nike Nike x Fragment Black ‘Infrared’ colorway to help the shoe celebrate its 25th birthday. But how exactly is Nike going to go about celebrating the famed Air Max gyakusou silhouette further? The picture just got a whole lot clearer, as these eclectic patterned and printed pairs featured below all have one thing in common – Infrared accents on the midsole and heel. The rest is truly a toss up, from black patent leather and synthetic croc leather to paisley prints and red velour. While we’d love to see the OG brought back and it will undoubtedly see a true and through retro sometime in 2015, what do you think of these re-imagined Infrared inspirations?
