New York’s famous sneaker and streetwear boutique Kith announces their latest international project with an upcoming pop-up shop in Tokyo, Japan. Dubbed the Sakura Project, the temporary Kith location coincides with two major events in Tokyo—Tokyo Fashion Week and the Sakura Blossom festival. The pop-up will be characterized by a unique design by architectural firm Bang 3 celebrating the ephemeral nature of the sakura in an inhabitable arced structure. The shop will feature all-new Kith products inspired by Japanese sensibilities and include collaborations with Puma and John Elliot + Co. The Kith Sakura Project will be open from March 20 to April 22 within United Arrows & Sons at 3-28-1 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
