One of the more forgotten MJ moments in history was the time he shattered a backboard with a tomahawk dunk against Italy during an exhibition game. Considering it wasn’t an NBA moment, we get that this awesome display of WTF-ery doesn’t get much shine, but Jordan Brand is enshrining this feat with an Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG colorway inspired by the black/orange uniform that Michael was wearing during that game. The upper features a clean “black-toe” look with that blazing orange on the toe, heel, and ankle collar, but that insole with the shattered glass graphic is what makes these well-built Jordans extra special.
