The inspiration or story behind this never before seen white and red colorway is still unclear, but with the text “Alternate 89” on the inside of the heel tab, it’s worth a guess that this could be an original sample colorway that never aurad back in 1989. Could this be a new colorway concept we’ll see for Air Jordan retros? Will we see other originally scrapped colorways drop on Jordans? Or maybe we’re way off the mark on what “Alternate 89” means.
