This summer TWOTHIRDS and Logo Vans Vault join up to release a very special collection of sneakers with an emphasis on eco-consciousness and awareness of preserving the world’s oceans. Based in Barcelona, TWOTHIRDS (a reference to the fact that 2/3 of Earth is covered with water) crafts ocean-friendly surf apparel constructed with vegan, organic, and/or recycled materials to minimize their impact on the environment. The same ethos is applied to the Logo Vans Vault collection, which outfits four classic silhouettes in prints from the TWOTHIRDS archives, each constructed with water-based inks and recycled rubber soles. The four shoe collection, which includes the Sk8-Hi, Authentic, Era, and Slip-On, will be available at select Logo Vans Vault stockists beginning in June.
