Early this morning Jordan Brand unveiled some of their upcoming retros for Spring 2016, with a number of brand new colorways for a few celebrated models. Arguably none of the new offerings are more intriguing than the “Poster Collection” which we’re here to look at today, featuring The Jordan branded stretchy soft cap Retro and Heres How People are Styling the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3 Retro in color-ups inspired by each shoe’s respective ad campaign. First is the Jordan branded stretchy soft cap, inspired by the original black and white print ad for the shoe from 1987, emblazoned with the statement “WING IT.” picturing a close-up shot of MJ’s kicks. The “Poster” Jordan branded stretchy soft cap Retro features the same black and white color palette as the ad, with exotic croc-textured leather and “WING IT.” displayed on the heels. 1997’s “The Master” poster inspires the “Poster” Heres How People are Styling the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3, also featuring the same color palette as the original graphic in black leather, with white, and gold accents.
