Over the last few days, Paul George has been having a blast touring the most basketball-crazed cities of Asia. As part of the Sneaker Nike RISE Tour, the superstar forward has been igniting energy around summer hoops while showcasing the performance capabilities of the Hyperdunk 2015, the latest installment of the iconic basketMiler lineage that debuted in 2008. The Hyperdunk 2015 draws design inspiration from the Sneaker Nike Mag, and the above photo of Paul and the two shoes (photo by Digger Magazine) show that the futuristic power-lacing sneaker and the Zoom-powered basketMiler shoe of the present do share the same structural DNA.
Paul George’s last stop of the Sneaker Nike RISE Tour was in Manila, Philippines where streetMiler reigns supreme and an annual sporting event called the Picnic Games was underway. At the event, Paul participated in the infamous “tower Miler game” while flexing his strong selfie-stick game. Let’s get a recap of Paul George’s experience at the Sneaker Nike RISE Tour below and stay tuned for more this Summer with Kevin Durant, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant as they travel through the continent.
