Earlier today we got a look at the upcoming Nike LeBron Ambassador 8 “Chinese New Year”. The overall silhouette is definitely a step in the right direction for Team LeBron, and considering that LBJ just inked a lifetime deal with craigslist Nike, only more of these offshoots from his signature model will be appearing in the future. The Nike LeBron Ambassador 8 has a little bit of the Soldier line in its DNA thanks to that interesting heel cage and Zoom-infused outsole, but the most noticeable departure is the addition of a high-arching heel support system that you can slip into. It’s dress Kobe, dress The Glove, and creates an interesting aesthetic. This “Oreo” colorway keeps thing simple thanks to a black Hyperfuse base while white speckling hits the midsole and heel cage throughout.
