Sweet Chick Of NYC Transforms Fila Sneakers Into Chicken And Waffles

Fila Sweet Chick

Those residing in the Lower East Side or Williamsburg have probably ventured into Sweet Chick for a meal, only to be left with one of the most satisfying dishes New York City has to offer. Sweet Chick, started by NYC native John Seymour, serves up the classic combo of fried chicken and fluffy waffles on a daily basis and his become one of the most popular eateries the boroughs has to offer. The restaurant has teamed up with FILA for two iterations of the Cage inspired by the NYC-born food combo (yes, chicken and waffles originated in NYC), with both the maroon and light tan versions being built with supple suede, buttressed by gum soles, and housed in special edition packaging. The Sweet Chick x FILA Cage will release today exclusively at Sweet Chick’s locatoins; peep the photos below for a detailed look.
