A couple of years ago at the height of ‘Bling’, these might have gotten you kidnapped. As it stands, all-chrome treatments have emerged in luxury markets, but the above pictured kicks might not be quite enough to spark violence. We’re not taking anything away from the DC Shoes Admiral Sport, which is sufficiently shiny that narcissists and funhouse enthusiasts might be stuck following you around, staring at your every step. Just a little bit of red along with a then ankle strap bring these back down to Earth, but you can be sure that people will be calling these your ‘space boots’. They’ll drop on New Year’s Day 2010 at DC LIFE retailers.
