One of the highlights of this year’s Black History Month Collection from Nike is no doubt the duo of Air Force 1s for men and women, each featuring the marbled motif common across the entire collection. For men, the Air Force 1 High features a premium blacked-out nubuck upper with Nike’s statement-making “EQUALITY” text in gold on the ankle straps while the marbled graphic covers the entire midsole. The women’s Air Force 1 Low gets an even larger does of the eye-catching black and white marbling, which covers the upper with a contrasting solid white sole. Each model also special gold BHM plates on the tongue to complete the exquisite renditions.
With a portion of proceeds donated to Nike’s Ever Higher Fund to bring mentorship, sport, and all of its benefits to youth and their communities, the Air Force 1 collection arrives at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Sneaker Politics tomorrow, February 16th.
