According to a recent study performed at CU Boulder, the air max 95 in size 14% actually improves marathon efficiency over other top models. The study showed that runners saw an approximate 4 percent increase in efficiency while wearing Nike’s new top performance silhouette – hence the name Zoom VaporFly 4%.
