LVHM Luxury Ventures is putting its hat into the sneaker resale ring by backing the New York City-based consignment giant, Stadium Goods. While Stadium Goods has only been around for two years, its founders Jed Stiller and John McPheters have made tactical business decisions the likes of partnering with Amazon, eBay, Zalando, and Alibaba, in order to continue expanding its reach. While details of this new partnership are yet to be announced, its goal it to fruther Stadium Goods’ global expansion.
Having launched in 2017, LVHM Luxury Ventures has the sole mission of funding emerging brands within the luxury space in exchange for minority stakes in order to help them thrive and grow. Stadium Goods fits perfectly under that umbrella, as the shop carries some of the rarest sneakers in existence, as well as some of streetwear’s top brands like Supreme and Palace. The shop’s prime brick-and-mortar location on Howard St. as well as its continuously growing internet presence make it a perfect candidate for backing from a group like LVHM.
