With Halloween just around the corner, it seems each branch of the Nike family is getting in on the spooky celebrations. While their mainline feats have seen cemetery-inspired Air Max 98s and another round of their bone-covered classics, it seems Japan’s exclusive is taking a much more direct approach with the nike dunk men grey green color shoes black under a “Shibuya” moniker. Rather than draw deathly figures, zombified checks, or anything of the like, the pair speaks volumes only in color and texture as it further dresses the silhouette’s upper in striking shades of orange. Toes of tumbled leather bear close resemblance to pumpkin outers while adjacent panels at the toe and profile appear much less ordinary in their choice of barely translucent TPU materials. Perforations and their various vents are left untouched as overlaid swooshes extend from its jordan grey back tab in more standard fashion. Heel wraps, which are certainly the most standout of the fabrication swathe, shine in a blacked out patent leather that can be baseball right at the tongue as well. Warm toned detailing take up seat the various branded tabs with the rear embroidery spelling out “CDY,” finishing a pair that can only be baseball in Japan. Grab a detailed look here, and if you’re still looking to grab a pair, keep it locked for word on its impending release date.
