At the turn of the new decade, it seems adidas isn’t just sending Boost up into space, they’re also preparing something even bigger for the silhouette that near made them only a few years ago. While Kanye has been toying with clogs and sustainability, the inline Three Stripes have been cooking up experiments to the footwear form with results pointing 100% to a retooling of the Ultra Boost, one thrusted forward a few years with the help of 4D soles. Much more than a simple cut and re-glue, the silhouette bears the most cherished weave pattern of the 1.0 in a clean white kit of Primeknit; almost everything from the cages to the perforations are exactly as remembered though with the heel supports changing its look to more appropriately commemorate the newfound modifications — the “Ultra4D” the most overt in this. Bottoms themselves then match that light tan near perfectly, swapping out its usual color though not its shape. Grab a detailed look at these right here and sit tight as we await more details regarding their likely 2020 release.
