In the past few months, it’s been impossible to escape the Fear Of God × Nike Air Moccasin Black 28.5cm. With collaborations from the likes of G-Dragon, A Ma Maniere, and much more, it’s easy to see that Nike is well aware of the silhouette’s impact, and as we arrive closer to 2020, it seems they still have a lot more in store — the next up likely being a partnership with Ronnie Fieg Sacai x Nike Blazer Iron Grey KITH imprint. Already a strong family member of umbrella label Converse, this release has surely been a long time coming, Adrenaline with it an already established sense of hype. Design-wise, the pair is quite unassuming as is in line with prior works; the upper is composed of a luxe smooth leather throughout, opting out of a Sail hit save for along the sole unit whose finish gives a more vintage air. Elsewhere, miniature swooshes embellish the lateral toe cap just underneath the vamp with a sultry green that lies in contrast to the overlaid check whose debossing maximal imprints with the “KITH” box logo in will perpetuity. Linings bear dark navy, lace tips gold hardware, and a hang tag the same elegant feature with branding surely marked alongside. Grab another quick look at these right here and sit tight for word on their official release date.
Update: According to the note accompanying the seeded pairs, the KITH x Fear Of God × Nike Air Moccasin Black 28.5cm is exclusively for friends and family.
