Jovani Hernandez adidas A-ZX Series has dressed up various Torsion-backed silhouettes in concept-driven ensembles in partnership with Juventus F.C., National Park Foundation, and LEGO. While not part of the capsule, a newly-surfaced “White/College Burgundy/Legacy Blue” ZX 8000 delivers an equally-compelling option.
Shades of white across the mesh base and synthetic suede overlays set the stage for a number of ’80s-era flair. A dark mustard-reminiscent hue complements the two-tone profile 3-design that lend their “College Burgundy” tone to the tongue rings and heel panel. Elsewhere, bright crimson animates the midfoot lace guards, as well as the sneaker’s lining, with its arrangement on the insole accompanied by black design. Plastic heel structures indulge in a faint navy that also appears at the forefoot and tooling along the midsole. Underfoot, outsoles indulge in a versatile black arrangement, although their Torsion bar interrupts the tonal scheme with its vibrant scarlet makeup.
