Surprises are always nice, even when it’s just a new colourway. First, the name of this shoe is the adidas Originals DB Gazelle Vintage Mid. Becks does have other-worldly ball control, so perhaps he grew up on an alternate earth where the Gazelle looks like a midtop deck shoe.
