In celebration of the returning BAPE STA, the two have dressed the classic silhouette in a number of motifs and patterns unique to the Japanese streetwear legend.
But aside from these color-heavy touch-ups, the pair is as minimalist as the Club C is typically, even more so as it removes much of the side profile’s paneling. As a result, the leather construction is near seamless at most points, only bothered by the perforations along the vamp and the overlays that lay over top the toe, eye stay, and heel tab in matching white shade. And while the woven label at the tongue and the “BAPE STA” text at the heel do well to continue the monochromatic palette, the stars at each side are less dedicated, their textured camo prints clad in green, purple, red, and blue in order from left to right.
