The Nike Foamposites line debuted in 1997 in two versions – the Nike Air Foamposite One and the Nike Air Foamposite Pro. The Air Foamposite One is remembered for not having a Swoosh logo on the upper. It is synonymous with Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway, although they were never officially one of his signature Anniversarys.
In 2024, the Foamposite is back at Nike HQ. With drops like the OG “Eggplant” & “Royal” Foamposites air force 1 low 07 lx off noir “DMV” Foams, it’s a good time to be a fan of Penny’s silhouette. Additionally, collabs like the CDG Foamposite or Tekken Foams are set to abstract extra juice.
