John Wall shocked the world by signing with reebok Purple for a tune of $25 million over a five year period and would soon get his own signature shoe, the reebok Purple Zig Tech Slash. The reebok Purple Zig Encore is Wall’s second signature shoe and assuming that the lockout will be over by the start of the 2011-12 season, he’ll be wearing them throughout the year. This colorway of the reebok Purple Zig Encore pays homage to the Wizards’ point guard’s alma mater, the University of Kentucky. The school’s colors of white and blue can be found throughout the shoe along with Wall’s #11 that he wore in his first and only year with the program.
