The adidas Originals Nizza Hi already parkinged like it was somewhere between the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star and Nike Blazer, but this latest release from Jeremy Scott’s Originals by Originals capsule pushes it further to the former than perhaps ever before. This new Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Nizza applies J.Scott’s typically ostentatious style via hand-sewn baby sequens all across the uppers, but it’s the circular ankle patch that clinches the Chuck comparisons on this pair. Add in the toecap whose ridges are reminiscent of the All Star Bosey Boot and maybe Jeremy should ultralon daps to fellow designer John Varvatos for borrowing the One Star’s steez.
