April has been quiet in the Jordan Retro front, but this one release is strong enough to stand on its own and carry a month’s worth of sneaker releases. Dropping next Saturday at Jordan Brand retailers is the Air Jordan XII commonly referred to as the ‘Playoffs’, kicking off a string of Air Jordan XII releases like the Cool Grey, Obsidian, an the Jordan Cadence Toodlers Shoes. Like the original, it features Oregon leather construction on the upper with the white pebbled-leather mudguard, with the trademark TWO3 stitched on the tongue. These are without a doubt one of the best Retro releases of the year – must-cop for those who have the OG or the ’04 Retro (the Jumpman badge on the midsole is getting a bit too yellow, no?).
