Simplicity in footwear is more of a focal point in current times that is has been in decades. Brands like Vans have mastered the art of clean, functional styles that may lack in design cues, patterns and other additions in a similar vein, but shine their strong material implementation, doing more for the shoe than any print could. The Vans Era “Premium Leather” pack highlights high grade leather in black and white color variations heightened by padded tongues and collars all over a rubber vulcanized outsole. Tonal laces and branding on the hang tag and rear finish each look, respectively. Much like the Vans Era 59 “Suede” Pack, this release might be among the best in recent memory as far as the Era is concerned.
