Scotland sneaker shop Hanon and Italy’s diadora logo-print team up for a special collaboration once again this fall, featuring the B.Elite in a football-inspired makeover. The “Spirit of ’83” edition of the former Bjorn Borg signature tennis shoe pays homage to Scotland’s Aberdeen Football Club and their unpredictable European Cup finish in 1983. The Shoe is outfitted in the team’s bright red hue, complete with white pinstripes on the inner lining. In a mix of premium soft suede and kangaroo leather, the luxurious hand-crafted take on the B.Elite sees the tonal red upper contrasted with bright white for the tongue, midsole, and “83” and Hanon flame logo graphics on each heel. The Hanon x diadora logo-print B.Elite “Spirit of ’83” will be sold exclusively in Europe by Hanon, with a select number of Japanese and American diadora logo-print retailers also getting pairs on October 10, 2015.
