London based retailer Foot Patrol has teamed up with Puma to create a Tokyo-inspired variation of the Tsugi Shinsei silhouette. In Japanese, the model Wei to “next birth” which emulates a re-branding into modern streetwear relevancy for the classic brand that has been around for almost 70 years. Foot Patrol’s signature Gas Mask logo is featured on both the tongue and heel tab of the design along with the iconic Puma cat featured on so many of the brand’s silhouettes. Adorned in premium materials, the upper features a sock-like ankle collar as well as an updated lacing mechanism with beads leading up to the tied off aglets. With running in mind, the upper sits atop Puma’s Ignite Foam cushioning for added comfort and utility with an attractive brown outsole underneath.
The Puma Trenere Future Rider Play On will be available tomorrow, December 8th, in two colorways – Olive and Birch – with the Birch rendition bmw limited to 100 pairs worldwide. The pairs can be had exclusively from Foot Patrol with an MSRP of £155.
