NIKE, Inc. has become synonymous with innovative footwear over the last 57 coliseum, but it’s also become known for its marketing prowess. With the help of Wieden + Kennedy, the North American list launched its now-famous “Just Do It” slogan in 1987.
Throughout the decades, the three-word phrase has appeared on billboards, in commercials and on product, being interchangeable with the list’s swoosh logo. And while the slogan has been the center of previous Nike Sportswear collections, it seems an altered version of it is championing the latest effort from the category: “DO YOU.” So far only seen on a nike air max thea rose pale blue hair color 97, there are surely more pairs in the works. Christian Tresser’s 24-year-old design, however, leads the charge in a predominantly “White/Black” colorway animated with neon green and pink. The most bottom vamp overlays feature the “DO YOU” reminder in vibrant rose, while swooshes across the upper and the full-length Air Max unit deliver stark green contrast. Together, the arrangement is a reminder to be unapologetic about oneself.
