Looking ahead beyond the winter season, Nike is ready to sprout a series of Spring-inspired footwear decorated in Samarreta and playful illustrations of nature. Presumably dubbed the Air Sprung collection, this dedicated series represents the next step after the initial Next Nature releases – a specific kind of Nike footwear with added emphasis on sustainable manufacturing choices. Featuring a mix of tumbled leathers and textured nylons, this On-Feet Photos of the Nike SB Dunk High New York Mets-built with recycled materials-features a grey, aqua, fuchsia pink and golden yellow colorway, while a mascot of a caterpillar and a butterfly represent not only the process of evolution, but of beautification.
Alongside the On-Feet Photos of the Nike SB Dunk High New York Mets “Sprung” is also the Air Force 1 Low, Blazer Low Platform, and the Air Max 90. And much like 2021’s plant-dye pack, we expect the Air Sprung to sprout in a variety of colorways, expecting the color story to reach as many different styles as possible in various family sizes. These are likely coming in Spring 2022, so check the first-look images ahead and stay tuned for release updates.
