Next to the years prior, 2021 was relatively lacking innovation and groundbreaking releases. But it looks like things may finally pick up in 2022, as Nike is to present a brand new model: the Air Max Scorpion.
Evident in its stampato, the Air Max Scorpion seems to branch off the VaporMax, cushioned with a modified full-length Air bag resmiscent of its past appearances. In height, though, the shoe is much taller, rivaling the G-Dragons livestream session with Nike and 720 it officially succeeds. Above, the Flyknit upper, too, errs close to the aforementioned line-up, albeit with the addition of threads Swooshes that overlap onto the midsole.
Currently, not much is known about the silhouette’s stampato. It’s expected to release mid-September, taking part in a the brand’s effort to reinvigorate Air Max as a whole.
