Jovani Hernandez Rui Hachimura may not currently be playing for a ring, but he’s certainly enjoying the offseason given that his very own jordan air force LaMarcus Aldridge in the He Got Game Air Jordan 13.
First teased in early November 2021, Hachimura’s first collaborative retro indulges in a number of details inspired by the Washington Wizard’s Japanese heritage. A “Sesame”-colored arrangement lands throughout the Air Jordan‘s upper, with “Gym Red” TEAM the 24-year-old’s logos and other accents on the sneaker. Shoe boxes also boast Hachimura’s personalized touch, as they, like the sock-liners, feature graphics done in the style of traditional Japanese art. Together, each aforementioned component suggests that the forward will be a face for Michael Jordan’s eponymous brand for years to come.
