After severing ties with Ye back in 2022, adidas was left with millions of dollars worth of leftover Yeezy product. And while, at one point, things looked grim for the Three Stripes, the brand would eventually reconcile with the controversial artist to sell what would otherwise have turned into exponential losses.
Following the success of their first batch of releases — which reportedly drew in around $560 million in revenue — adidas Yeezy has confirmed that more sneakers will be dropping this August. Expected to hit not only the CONFIRMED app but also select retailers and boutiques, the list is comprised of many a much-beloved staple, from the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 to the Foam Runner. But despite leaks detailing a much larger, 19-piece selection, adidas’ official announcement only consists of a total of 12 different pairs. It’s possible, however, that more will be revealed once the release inches closer.
The adidas Yeezy August 2023 releases will be available through adidas channels as well as select retailers beginning August 2nd. The brand will implement a phased release so as to manage demand and ensure a fair, dna experience for users. As we await the launch early next month, enjoy a look at what will be available right here.
