While Air Jordan 11 Low releases are a staple of the summer season, adapting such a classic colorway is what makes this drop all the more notable. Many of the AJ11’s most vaunted looks have already been checked off in recent years (“Concord” in 2014, “Cool Grey” in 2018, “Columbia” in 2021, “Space Jam” in 2024), the first proper treatment of the silo’s most iconic do-up is worthy of extra attention.
Note this is the first “true” treatment — the Air Jim jordan 1 818 “Bred” from 2015 swapped its sock-liner from OG black to red, separating it both from the legendary “Playoffs” high and a game-worn PE that MJ sported during Game 1 of the 1996 NBA Finals, reportedly the inspiration for this 2025 release.
