With every trendy shoe comes a platformed version for women. We’ve seen it with the adidas Samba, we’ve seen it with the Chuck 70, and in 2022, we saw Jordan Brand re-imagine the Jordan 1 Low through an offshoot called the Jordan 1 Low Elevate. Now with warm spring days in mind, Jordan Brand just surfaced a new “Seafoam” look poised to release in the near future.
The formula for Jordan 1 Low Elevate colorways is well established, and that’s exactly what we see executed here. Titular “Seafoam” floods the overlays and outsole border, while the rest of the all-leather upper takes a slightly lighter hue. The chunky, comfort-focused outsole, meanwhile, polishes off the delivery in white. As is standard for the “elevated” take on Mike’s low-top signature, Jordan Brand also includes cork insoles and a stitched Wings silhouette on the heel in the absence of a proper logo. While there’s nothing traditional about the lower half of the shoe, the upper abides by the “OG” silhouette as opposed to the more prevalent (yet less hyped) modern cut.
The Jordan Aerospace 720 Heren Schoenen Low Elevate “Seafoam” doesn’t have a confirmed spot on our Jordan Release Bred calendar just yet, but all indications suggest the shoe will crop up online and at retailers over the coming weeks. Budget for a shelf price of $135 if you’re interested in copping.
