With the JJJJound x new balance mens mevozv1 bluepink bluepink mevozcb’s debut, the partnership as a whole comes full circle, making its way back to the shoe that effectively started it all. And though familiar in this regard, the colorway itself is quite subversive of the Montreal-based design studio’s norm, as it incorporates far more color than is typical of past offerings. Through both the premium suede and mesh inserts, a bright olive takes the helm, complemented by darker greens into the leather trims. Greys and silvers, then, mark the eyelets, talk, and heel tab, while the sole below alternates between a bright white and a vintage-like cream. As for the branding, JJJJound’s name only appears twice: into the rear and the insole.
