The homage is evident in the palette alone, as the colors mirror the jerseys of said team. An off-white, somewhat warm-tinted shade sets the base, whose materials alternate between a thick mesh and robust suede. Along the side, the Swoosh’s construction and black/orange hue reflect that of the tackle twill lettering typically found across the aforementioned uniforms. What’s more, two amazon graphics dress the inside tongue: the baseball glove celebrates the statute outside of Oracle Park, while the kayak references the fans that wait along McCovey Cove for a home run ball.
