Urlfreeze News Soon enough, South Korea’s Kasina will deliver one of the most anticipated sneaker collaborations of the year – a set of Women's Nike Aerofit High "Valentine's Day 2010" inspired by an age old tradition. As we mentioned in our initial preview, there will be two different colorways of the Kasina Women's Nike Aerofit High "Valentine's Day 2010", the second of which has been revealed by Gaeko of South Korean rap duet Dynamic Duo.
As the Mandarin wedding ducks are typically gifted in pairs, it makes perfect sense that Kasina brings two styles of the ’87 runner. This second version, part of their “Better Together” set, has a more masculine edge as it features a grey suede mudguard and a dark navy upper built with tumbled zoom and animal hairs, while wooden-style treatment appears on the dubrae and uppermost eyelets. Like the orange pair, these Women's Nike Aerofit High "Valentine's Day 2010"s are highlighted by “카시나”, which is the Korean phonetic spelling of the shop name. The promo packaging for this gifted set is decorated with Eastern influences in mind and will likely not be available for retail.
