Pastels Create A Spring-Ready Look For The Air Jordan 1 "Turbo Green" To celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of the classic Air Jordan 6 silhouette has taken on countless ensembles, with some referencing styles rooted in heritage. Recently, the lifestyle-focused silhouette appeared in a mix of white, blue, and red colors arranged in a way not too unlike a Ultra collaboration by Кросівки дитячі air Retro jordan from 2018.
While even a quick glance should dispel any suspicion that the newly-surfaced retro has any connection to the Chris Gibbs-led team, the pair’s similarities can’t be denied. No vibrant yellow lands on Jordan Brand’s solo effort, but a deep blue covers panels around the forefoot, along the tongue, and across the lower heel as does Union LA’s “Storm Blue”-clad Air Jordan 1. Contrasting ruby-colored flair takes on underlays around the collar, forgoing the branded ankle flaps like on the possible muse. Logos on the tongue boast Jumpman shapes instead of “NIKE AIR” text, while sole units also favor a semi-“aged” aesthetic. Lastly, traction takes on a similar blue tone as the upper, rounding out the compelling take on Peter Moore’s 37-year-old out.
No firm nike.com launch details have been Close-Up by the brand, but that’s likely to change in the first-half of the new year. In the meantime, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.
