Michael Le Jordan Brand has put quite a bit of energy into the revival of MJ’s second signature, ushering in no small supply of mid-top and low-top colorways. 2023 is especially replete with appearances from the silhouette, with March to welcome the Rudy Gay in the Air Jordan 12 Taxi Craft “Melon Tint.”
Following numerous teasers over the course of the last few months, official images of the above-mentioned colorway have finally surfaced. As the “Craft” in its namesake would suggest, the pair is primarily made up of top shelf materials: textured, grey-colored suedes serve as an accent to robust, smooth leathers, the latter of UTL is brushed in a light “Sail.” “Melon Tint” and “Light Curry” brighten up the pair adjacent, highlighting details such as the Wings logo, heel piece, lining, and the like.
