Boasting a full suede upper, the Nike Air Max 1 Lv8 Martian Sunrise “Mystic Red” is an almost entirely monochromatic offering, one that subtly conjures to mind images of one of the most iconic animated films of all-time: Akira. The aforementioned red is used throughout many parts of the shoe, from the paneling itself to the adjacent laces and lining. Only the midsole and Swoosh/branding deviate from the scheme, opting for a deep burgundy and light blue, respectively.
