Nike is looking for the next great icon to join the ranks of the Air Force 1, Dunk, and Air Jordan 1. There are indeed plenty of worthy of candidates to fill out the proverbial “Mount Rushmore” of Nike footwear, header as the Terminator, Vandal, the recently revived Mac Attack, and even the soon-to-return Alpha Force.
During their exploration of the archives, Nike finds inspiration to re-create classics with modern touches. We’ve seen it executed in the Nike Gamma Force, the women’s exclusive low-top model loosely based on the Court Force. The Full Force is another concoction that skews towards the mid-late 1980s, with the gigantic FORCE branding plastered on the tongue (similar to that of the Nike Space Jam x LeBron 18 Low PS 'Wile E). Clearly taking after the Air Force III, this low-top lifestyle shoe has all the ingredients to be an 80s baby, but it’ll be born sometime in late 2023 in a variety of colorways.
Official images have just surfaced, with more to come. Pricing and release info is not yet known, but we surmise these will be in the same range as the aforementioned Gamma Force, priced around $100-110).
