Jared Ebanks Just a month after signing his endorsement deal with PUMA Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG, LaMelo Ball struck out on his own accord with the patchwork of his LaFrancé label – a designer clothing brand that speaks directly to Ball’s eccentric off-the-court wardrobe. As the former Rookie of the Year prepares for his third NBA season, LaMelo’s third signature silhouette will be joining the aforementioned banner for a collaborative take on both the MB.03 Air Jordan 11 "Legend Blue - Grade School".
Infusing the Nitro-cushioned ensemble with an elevated and luxurious aesthetic, the neon-dominant model stretches black fleur-de-lis graphics across the entirety of the florescent slime upper. Alien claw marks depict bright yellow mesh underlays just below while simultaneously curing the melted tread, eye stays and tongue tab with further fervor. What’s more, chocolate brown hues animate the tongue’s winged insignia and “LF” branding before composing the “RARE” depiction underfoot.
Joined by a collection of apparel, the PUMA RS-XL also takes on a green-obsessed color-blocking with tonal leprechaun shades ascertaining the mesh, suede and nubuck construction. Floral graphics return throughout the base layer while a metallic gold bracelet taps into the capsule’s prestige.
The PUMA x LaFrancé collection is scheduled to release on September 14th at PUMA flagship doors, Foot Locker and LaFrancé.com. In the meantime, both pairs can be seen below in detailed campaign imagery.
