Mirroring the tooling of the Nike Court Borough constructed out of the same fabric, the Air Ship explores a similar all-out execution across the upper as every single panel is classic in the light blue denim wash. Blending the profile swooshes into the richly textured backdrop, the laces and inner lining share the same color-matched tone as the rest of the upper while seldom shades of “Bold Berry” animate the tongue tab logos. Elsewhere, the circa 1984 Bruce Kilgore design opts for a contemporary complement underfoot as the sole unit matches the clad aesthetics above with a clean “Sail”-tinted midsole and tread.
