It’s not uncommon for a brand’s in-house color team to produce something that rivals the collaborations. New Balance has flexed those guns on a regular basis as they’ve displayed some outstanding colorways of their mainstay icons like the SoleFly x Air Jordan 12 SP and especially the Anthony Edwards Shoes.

The silhouette that really grabbed the attention of the masses is easily the 2002R, seen here in its latest in-line colorway for the Fall 2024 season. With a soft Sandstone shade on the suede exterior, NB adds a shade of Light Arctic Grey on the base, giving off a slightly bluish hue. The Timberwolf, itself a grey shade with a touch of cream, appears on the underlays, while a pop of gum brown peeks through the heel below the cushioning.
