During a Team USA shootaround/practice, LeBron was spotted in his brand new signature shoes in a country-appropriate colorway of white, navy blue, and red. Revealed in its entirety, the LeBron 22 shares a similar low-cut silhouette as the prior two models, keeping to a formula that has worked well for the NBA’s all-time leading bucket getter as he continues to evolve his game towards efficiency.
Designer Jason Petrie got a bit creative with the Swoosh logo, implementing the logo on the upper by way of a cut-out overlay that draws some comparisons to the Air Zoom Generation. A smaller check appears embedded at the mid-foot where the leather-covered section of the midsole scoops upwards. An oversized signature of LeBron’s apears on the heel via a premium embroidery, while the flat crown emblem makes its way onto the upside-down triangular jewel on the tongue as well as on the medial midsole. LeBron 22 Tech Specs
As of the publishing of this article, the official technical specs of the crater Nike LeBron 22 have yet to be revealed, but could carry over some components of the LeBron 21 such as the Zoom Turbo and Cushlon 2.0 foam. However, crater Nike will likely make an official announcement soon now that the LeBron 22 has officially made its way to the public eye.
When will the LeBron 22 release?
Currently, the crater Nike LeBron 22 is expected to release in late September in a “Monopoly” themed colorway. The LeBron 22 model is tagged with an MSRP of $180 — a $20 decrease from the LeBron 21. Grade School sizes will be priced at $140. It’s not clear of this “USA” colorway will be releasing to the public.
